Fair pricing, properly prepared cars, and no-nonsense advice.

I’ve spent the last 15 years in the motor trade, learning the ropes everywhere from large used car supermarkets to main dealer showrooms. That mix of high-volume experience and main dealer standards means I know what good looks like — and more importantly, what customers deserve. Fair pricing, properly prepared cars, and no-nonsense advice.

My first car? A trusty Fiesta. It wasn’t glamorous, but it gave me freedom — and probably explains why I still have a soft spot for great-value, honest everyday cars that just do the job properly.

At CarBee, I’m all about making the buying experience straightforward and relaxed. No awkward sales tactics, no pressure — just honest conversations and cars we’re proud to put our name to.

Outside of work, I love all sports, If there’s a match on, I’m watching it — especially when it involves my beloved Liverpool Football Club (don’t hold that against me!). Win or lose, I bring the same passion and loyalty to CarBee.

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant and for many years worked in London for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In 1998 I left to join a client, Camden Motor Group, and for the next 23 years had a blast helping to build one of the largest privately owned motors businesses in the UK. In this time we started one of the largest used car supermarkets, Carshop, built a sizeable Ford business and a major Fleet business serving large Corporates and the Daily Rental community.

I still love the buzz of the industry, the fast pace, the market changes, technology evolutions, but one thing stays the same: good service matters. I believe in being honest, keeping things simple, and treating every customer the way I would want to be treated myself.

My personal motoring journey began with a bright red Vauxhall Chevette (no suprise they don't make them any more!) — a car with more character than horsepower. It wasn’t the fastest thing on the road, but it sparked a lifelong love of cars (and taught me a thing or two about patience!). Since then I have been lucky enough to drive and own many different cars.

Outside of the office, I try to stay fit cycling (normally up mountains!) and walking the dog. Cars still feature strongly with a small collection of cars from the best decade, the 60's!
